He is admitted to all Louisiana Federal District Courts as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Representative awards–4.8 Million Dollar Settlement for nationwide class action “off clock” hours and overtime in England v. New Century Mortgage. $3.5 Million Dollar settlement in Moore vs. ABC Company. $1.5 Million Dollar settlement in Hayes vs. Georgia Gulf $1.25 Million Dollar Jury verdict in Capello v.
