Olivia graduated from LSU in December 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with concentrations in Global Diplomacy and European Studies. After graduation, she worked for the Louisiana Department of Corrections doing offender time calculations and processing offender transfers.
Olivia graduated from Southern University Law Center in December 2017. During her time at SULC, she served as a Teaching Assistant and worked in the Criminal Law Clinic as a student attorney. As a student attorney, she gained practical, hands-on experience representing indigent criminal defendants charged with various misdemeanor crimes.
She had the distinct honor of being chosen as one of four student attorneys to represent an indigent client before the Louisiana Supreme Court, where they successfully argued on behalf of their client, resulting in a change in drug sentencing laws.
Olivia was admitted to the Bar in May of 2018. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Louisiana Bar Association.
